The Challenge
Space to host a student community of over 700 students. This will incorporate a mix of shared apartments & studio rooms, spreading over 13 floors. The site includes a gym, cinema room, karaoke room, café, laundry & much more. Space saving solutions provided include:
High output, cost effective, robust, vertical Radic Karado for the first fix of the project.
Central connections. Excellent for first fixing, 50mm centres apart.

The Solution
Hall & Common Area
This area was fronted entirely with glass leaving no wall to attach heating solutions.
Versatile provided project customised Runtal Radiators which were over 4 metres long with special welded feet to position in front of the glazed area.
Apartments & Studios
Space-saving solutions provided include:
