Located in the heart of Dublin, our design brief was to assist the project architect with the design, layout, and product solutions for all FOH areas including lobby, bar, restaurant, washrooms & wellness suite.
The Challenge
The design of this new build had a very specific aesthetic which guided our product selection.
Versatile had to fully understand and appreciate the clients’ needs, future guest expectations and help create a luxurious yet functional user experience when staying at this beautiful hotel.
The Solution
Versatile’s expert specification team worked with the project architects to design successful solutions including:
Tiles solutions for all public areas (floor and wall) throughout the hotel focusing on achieving the desired aesthetic while ensuring all slip ratings and LRVs were within regulation.
Sanitaryware solutions that are modern, sleek and in keeping with the hotels “touchfree” brief– characterised by touch free flush systems on wc’s and urinals, taps and hand dryers.
Brassware – A contemporary look and feel was the design brief for all brassware on this project. We provided brassware in brushed brass and chrome finishes to achieve the ultimate in style and quality.
Wellness Hub on basement level –2 was a blank canvas in terms of what we could offer and with the help of our M&E team and Italian wellness partner Effegibi, an immersive relaxation area was designed and installed to the highest standard. Complete with sauna, steam room, experience shower, mini-pool and ice fountain, this is truly a sanctuary for some R&R in the heart of the city.
