The SSPS® concept has sharpened the view of global changes, inspired new approaches and stimulated an enthusiastic discussion. The award-winning architecture study brings together spa functions in the smallest of spaces and thus provides a consistent answer with less and less affordable living space. This concept has now been further developed in a slightly larger and a minimal variant: as an SSPS® suite for hotels and SSPS® apartment in a holistically planned 35m² apartment.

People want to enjoy the advantages of the city without sacrificing personal comfort. In this intelligent apartment solution, all the requirements of a health-promoting spa are met in the private bathroom.

At the heart of the SSPS® apartment concept, regenerative applications in the only 3.5m² wash and shower area help people to actively maintain and promote their health.

​In the open room structure, the bathroom is located behind a semi-transparent glass wall and thus receives daylight from the living area. When you enter the drying zone with its generous vanity, the swing door closes the shower area, but can also be opened further to get comfortably into this wet zone with its various spa functions. In addition to the vertical shower and a rain panel integrated in the ceiling, massage jets stimulate special parts of the body. Further electronically controlled outlet points invite you to automated alternating showers while sitting or invigorating leg castings. The separate guest toilet (1.3m²) can be used by another person at any time during bath occupancy or spa applications.
